Yoga Facilitator

My classes emphasize aligned, mindful movement and the cultivation of slow, steady heat. Expect a skillful balance of purification and restoration, and the space to explore the teacher that resides within.

My teaching style is interdisciplinary, informed by consistent study with a diverse range of teachers including: Alison West, Carrie Owerko, Nikki Costello, Tias Little, Biff Mithoefer, Sarah Powers, Amy Mathews,  and Don and Amba Stapleton. I am constantly inspired and challenged by the incredible teachers at Kula Yoga in NYC, and Wanderlust Hollywood and Roam in Los Angeles.

Professional Highlights

For over 10 years, I have had the great honor of teaching at some of the New York and LA's most inspiring studios.

  • In 2009, I became a faculty member of the Nosara Yoga Institute, where I co-taught their annual 200-hour Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training until 2015.
  • In 2014, I was featured in Yoga Journal Magazine's February edition for creating affordable "Urban Retreats" for my local community.
  • In 2016, I was included in Wanderlust Hollywood's online video series. Check out the links below.
  • In 2019, I took over the world... ok, well, maybe not yet.
